IS A DUVET INSERT INCLUDED IN THE SET?

Our bedding sets include the duvet cover, a sheet of your choice, and pillowcases. Each set is slightly different, so please check the product page, referencing the number of pieces in the set, to determine the contents.

The duvet insert, or sometimes called the comforter, itself is not included because this is such a personal decision. Here are the main reasons this is a good thing:

  • Easier to wash your bedding - no need to wash a bulky duvet insert every time you do laundry
  • Change the design of your room as often as you want without having to buy multiple comforters, like for seasons or holidays
  • You can pick the exact duvet insert for your personal sleeping needs:
    • Warmth or weight (light, year-round, or heavy)
    • Filling type (down, bamboo, wool, synthetic, or alternative materials)
    • Construction (box stitch or baffle box)  
    • Hypoallergenic materials
    • "Loft" or "fluffiness"

WHY IS ONE SHEET INCLUDED INSTEAD OF TWO?

Much like how a duvet insert is a very unique choice, the sheets you want on your bed are very personal. We give you the option of including a flat sheet or a fitted sheet with your bedding set. About 60% of our customers choose the fitted sheet, and about 40% choose the flat sheet. Luckily, there's no wrong choice!

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

We require between 1-3 business days on average to process your order; some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 7 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. 

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to love your order and offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed refund policy. Please see the details here for conditions and instructions.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. For orders with multiple items, each product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

 

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at sleep@castlehome.co. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, items occasionally arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or issue a refund.
