Refund policy
We want you to love your Castle Home purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
🕒 Return Eligibility & Deadlines

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at sleep@castlehome.co.

Once initiated, returns should be received by Castle Home within 21 days of delivery to allow time for inspection, vendor processing, and potential carrier delays (which we are not responsible for).

After 30 days from delivery, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
Please note that while the above is our general policy, some products may 1) not be eligible for returns, or 2) have different return windows due to vendor policies. These exceptions will be noted on the product detail page.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and should be returned to the facility we specify (which may differ from the shipping origin) to be eligible for a refund. We will provide you instructions and an RMA number when you email us at sleep@castlehome.co. We may refuse to process returns that arrive without an RMA and/or are shipped to the incorrect facility.
📦 Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be returned within the product-specific return window and meet all the following conditions:

Be in new, unused condition—clean, undamaged, unaltered, and not having been washed or dried

Include all original packaging, with tags, law labels, and stickers intact (if applicable)

Include a valid proof of purchase

Not be marked as final sale, clearance, or be seasonal merchandise
Some of our products are considered intimate and personal items. So, for the safety of our customers, we do not sell any item that is not completely brand new. Hence, we cannot accept items that do not comply with the above. Be sure you want to keep your item(s) before removing it from the package, spreading it out, or putting it in a washer or dryer.
Dimension Disclaimer: Please note that there is no universal dimensions for duvets and duvet covers. Please verify the dimensions of your bed and associated bedding before making your purchase, and before removing your item(s) from the manufacturer's packaging. If you have questions about the proper fit for your bed's configuration, please contact us at sleep@castlehome.co before placing your order.
Color Disclaimer: Please note that product colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and other factors. While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, variations may occur. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (or the product-specific return period, whichever is less), provided it meets our return policy requirements.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded. Castle Home reserves the right to refuse to process the return or process a partial return, at our discretion, if any of the above conditions have not been met.
🚚 Refund Deductions
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees, including but not limited to:
- Restocking fee of 20% for most items (including for returns due to failed delivery, refused packages, or incorrect address). Some items may have different restocking fees, or they may be final sale/non-returnable. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
- Shipping and handling fees (even if your order qualified for free shipping)
- Credit card, PayPal, or other processing fees

Value of any promotional code or discount applied at time of purchase
Note: We do not offer retroactive discounts or price adjustments on past orders.
❗ Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Sale, clearance, and seasonal items

Gift cards

Items marked “final sale” (or similar language) on the product page

Items shipped via freight carriers (not small parcel)

All orders shipping outside the contiguous United States
🌎 International Orders
Orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout. You are responsible for all import-related costs imposed by your local government.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Castle Home is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen:

Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

📷 Reporting Defects or Damage
All shipments should be inspected promptly upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing sleep@castlehome.co with:

Photos of the defect or damage

Photos of the shipping label

Photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials
If your item is defective, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Damage caused by the shipping carrier is not covered by Castle Home. In such cases, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier.
🔁 Cancellations, Changes & Failed Deliveries
If you realize you've made an error with your shipping address, wish to cancel your order after placing it, or need to make another change to your order, please contact us at sleep@castlehome.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed (depending on where in the process it is), but we will do our best to assist you.

Orders canceled or changed after fulfillment may be subject to return shipping fees and/or restocking charges.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout or because the package is refused or otherwise undeliverable, you may be subject to return shipping fees and/or restocking charges.

Castle Home does not refund packages delivered to an incorrect address unless returned per our regular return policy.
🔐 Security & Fraud Prevention
Castle Home may request photo ID or other payment verification for high-value orders and/or flagged transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any order if verification is not provided.
If your original payment method has been canceled or is no longer valid, we require verification of cancellation for fraud prevention purposes before issuing a refund via alternate means.
